Samyang Completes Full-Frame Zoom Trinity with AF 60-180mm f/2.8

Korean optical manufacturer Samyang has completed its professional full-frame f/2.8 zoom trinity with the release of the new $1,099 Samyang X Schneider Kreuznach AF 60-180mm f/2.8. The lens delivers corner-to-corner sharpness and a compact, lightweight footprint, though it features a basic stepping motor and lacks optical stabilization.

As major third-party manufacturers from Japan have long held dominance in this space, Samyang's aggressive push into the autofocus pro zoom market offers a fresh, cost-effective alternative for creators seeking high-end optics without traditional tier-one pricing.
