Rivian is licensing elements of its recently deployed AI voice assistant technology to Volkswagen. While specific financial terms were withheld, the technology is anticipated to make its debut in Volkswagen's upcoming affordable electric vehicle, the ID EVERY1. This expansion builds upon the strategic alliance established in 2024, which previously saw Volkswagen boost its financial commitment up to $5.8 billion through 2027.
